Elizabeth loved my mom’s cucumbers she would make in lime juice and seasonings. ❤🥒🍋
One of my many silly memories with Elizabeth is when she would come visit the family in Calexico. My mom would always be making dinner and Elizabeth and Myself would sneak off the Cucumbers with Lemon and eat them all. Then go place the bowl back without my mom noticing. Finally my mom would realize and laugh and start to cut up more cucumbers and this time she wouldn’t let them out of her sight till she finished dinner and was ready to serve.
